Frontline Managed Network Services

Frontline Network Services support engineers are responsible for management of LAN, WAN and Network Security Infrastructure. Our team of engineers are certified by most of top network technology vendors. Our engineers also managed the network and network equipment, perform troubleshooting when they identify an issue. Their key responsibility is to ensure our customer’s network availability to 100%. Frontline Network support service includes the following technology areas, and our team has decades of experience in these areas. Our team are very much dedicated in delivering these services adhering to the SLAs.

Network Operations Center

Network Services

Our network operations center is built carefully to cater to our enterprise customers round the clock, to proactively monitor their network equipment, devices and systems. This helps our managed services customer in ensuring 100% uptime. Frontline NOC acts as a centralized facility for our managed services customers, to manage and optimize business-critical tasks, like network troubleshooting, software distribution and update, performance monitoring and coordination with respective stake holders to resolve any incidents identified.

The NOC’s most important role is to provide full visibility into the enterprise IT infrastructure and all its components and equipment, including the Firewalls, Switches, Routers, wireless infrastructure, Servers, storage and HCI infrastructure.

NOC functions as the first line of defense that enables the organization to monitor network security and recognize and address any attacks or disruptions to the network.

Local Area Network Services

A local area network (LAN) is a collection of devices connected together in one physical location. A LAN comprises of cables, access points, switches, routers, and other components that enable devices to connect to internal servers, SAN, NAS, HCI, Backup and Archival infrastructures.

The modern virtualization technologies have also played a crucial part in the development of virtual LANs, which enable network administrators to logically group network nodes and partition their networks without a need for major infrastructure changes.

Setting up LAN as per the standards is the key to achieve good performance in the network. Frontline with its long experience has a great team who can implement and manage our customer networks professionally with high quality and SLAs.

Wide Area Network Services

We define WAN, or wide-area network as a computer network that connects smaller networks. Since WANs are not tied to a specific location, they allow localized networks to communicate with one another across great distances. They also facilitate communication and the sharing of information between devices from anywhere in the world. Latency and bandwidth constraints often cause performance issues in enterprise WANs. WAN optimizations use a variety of techniques, including deduplication, compression, protocol optimization, traffic shaping, and local caching. These techniques improve packet delivery and traffic control, in turn allowing network bandwidth to grow or shrink dynamically as needed. Frontline team with its strong knowledge in this area can make solutions and resolve our customer issues

SD WAN

A Software-defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) is a virtual WAN architecture that allows enterprises to leverage any combination of transport services – including MPLS, LTE and internet services to securely connect users to applications.

The traditional model of backhauling traffic from branch offices to the data center for robust security inspection is no longer optimal as it wastes bandwidth and adds latency, ultimately impairing application performance. There is a real need for a better way to send traffic directly over the internet from branch locations to trusted SaaS and cloud-based applications while maintaining compliance with enterprise security mandates.

SD WAN is the right choice for enterprises looking for optimal cost, performance and security and Frontline offers SD WAN solutions and possess rich experience in this area.

Wi-Fi Support

Wi-Fi is a wireless sharing technology that allows devices such as computers (laptops and desktops), mobile devices (smart phones and wearables), and other equipment (printers and video cameras) to interface with the Internet. It allows these devices to exchange information with one another, creating a network. Internet connectivity in most of the enterprise networks occurs through a wireless router. that allows Wi-Fi-compatible devices to interface with the Internet. Frontline has years of experience in managing and implementation of Wi-Fi networks.
